Dance is one of the most familiar and exciting ways to promote wellness and a healthy lifestyle. We've created specially tailored adult programs which are designed to improve daily and long term health in an encouraging atmosphere that is not only good for you, but is also fun. All classes are under the direction of a registered nurse to foster health and well-being. This program works well with any weight reduction program.

What is Zumba® Gold?

The Zumba® Gold Fitness program is second to none. It is an innovative, fun and exciting program. It was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner, and/or people who are not used to exercising. The main difference between Zumba Gold and Zumba Basic is Zumba Gold is done at a lower intensity, not as fast, but it certainly is as fun. The same great Latin styles of music and dance are used. Intensity can be modified based upon ability of participants enrolled in class!

This amazing program is very easy to follow so anyone at any age will be able to do Zumba Gold. Dances that are specifically highlighted in this program include the Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Cumbia, Rock & Roll (including Twist and Charleston), Belly Dance, Flamenco, and Tango

Salsa Sweat
Learn basic Latin dance steps, such as Salsa, Cha Cha, Mambo and Merengue to Latin and Contemporary Salsa Music. All movements and combinations will emphasize body toning, strengthening core muscles and increasing your heart rate.

JazzXercise Classes Are Pure Fun!
JazzXercise is a 60-minute group dance class combining cardio, strength and stretch moves for total body health. We’ve blended aerobics, pilates, kickboxing, yoga and Jazz dancing into routines set to modern music. You will have so much fun dancing, it won’t even feel like exercise! All ages, levels and sizes welcome—so come join us today!

BalletXercise
Enjoy basic, simply movements of these dance forms presented in an easy exercise format. Classes may be on a six week rotating basis with JazzXercise and Salsa Sweat, based upon request.

Got the first class jitters?
You’ll feel comfortable once you step into one of our group fitness classes. Our classes offer a very welcoming environment. Instructors, as well as customers, are friendly and helpful so you’ll never feel alone.

Don’t know how to dance? The moves are simple enough for everyone to follow. You don’t have to have any dance experience, so don’t worry if you miss a step or two.
