Tips for an Awesome Wedding Dance:

• Start early - allow yourself 3-4 months, especially if you are a newcomer to dance and/or depending on what you would like to accomplish in your lessons.

• Let us know ahead of your first lesson what song(s) you are using and any stylistic preferences.

• Practice makes perfect! Ensure to practice at home, too, to make the most of your lessons and look your best on the big day.

• Let your instructor know what your dress and accessories are like so you don't end up stepping on your dress or losing your tiara.

• Rehearse your dance in the same shoes you will be wearing on the big day.

• Keep the size of your dance floor in mind.

Package #1 - The Foundation $380 per couple
Budget-Friendly | 4 hours of private lessons

Perfect for couples who want to feel confident and comfortable on the dance floor without heavy choreography. Best for couples who want a polished but effortless first dance.

• Partner dance foundations (connection, timing, musicality)

• Light choreography tailored to you

• Elevated elements such as dips, spins, or simple lifts

• A natural, relaxed first dance that feels authentic—not over-rehearsed

• Lesson recap video after each lesson for at-home practice

Package #2 - The Personalized First Dance $570 per couple
Most Popular | 6 hours of private lessons

Designed for couples who want strong dance foundations + a routine made specifically for them. Best for couples who want structure, creativity, and customization.

INCLUDES:

• All foundational partner dance skills

• Fully personalized choreography based on your song, style, and comfort level

• Intentional transitions, musical accents, and crowd-pleasing moments

• A cohesive, confident first dance that feels uniquely yours

• Lesson recap video after each lesson for at-home practice

Package #3 - The Fully Prepared Package $950 per couple
10 hours of private lessons

A complete wedding dance experience for couples who want to feel confident, styled, and performance-ready. Best for couples who want a show-stopping, emotionally grounded dance experience.

INCLUDES:

• Dance foundations and technique

• Full personalized choreography for your entrance and first dance (Wedding party and/or parent involvement included)

• Styling, musicality, and performance coaching

• Video recordings for at-home practice

• Guidance on spacing, presence, and flow for a seamless wedding-day performance

A La Carte Options

Great for parent dances, bridal parties, or couples who prefer flexibility.

• 45 minutes $80

• 60 minutes $100

• 90 minutes $150

Additional Services:

• Wedding Day First Dance Support - $50 per hour + vendor meal + travel fees ($0.725 per mile round trip)- no travel fees within 25 miles of Positions Dance Studio.

  • I attend your wedding as a vendor

  • Warm-up and practice support before your first dance

  • Spacing, timing, dips, and last-minute reassurance

  • On-site guidance so your dance feels just as good as it did in lessons

  • First dance video recorded on iPhone- (Delivered same day — designed for real-time memories, not a replacement for cinematic videography)

• Custom Music Editing - $20 per hour (final cost determined once editing time is known)

• Guided Practice Session - 30 minutes of rehearsal with instructor feedback only ($50)

Studio Policies: Payment is due at the beginning of each lesson. Packages must be paid in full at the first lesson. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, as scheduled lessons reserve both the studio and instructor. Please inquire for full policy details. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
