Restorative Yoga

Slow your mind and body down with this special restorative yoga class. We will be using props to hold yoga poses almost effortlessly as we emphasize the mediative aspect of yoga. This practice is not an active yoga class but instead is slow-paced and relaxing. Suitable for all abilities! Please bring yoga cushions or pillows and dress comfortably.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Join Miss Sam and Miss Ally for a super fun spring break camp! Participants will not only make their own ice cream but will play games, do an ice-cream themed craft and more!
